have still been fishing every day.  Sorry been so bad with the updates.  When I get home I spend more time with the kids, cooking dinner, other stuff and I often just forget about reporting.  It has been great though.  I have been home since the 12,  I have fished every creek on the coast.  It hasn't been great but solid, 3 to 8 every day, Yesterday I only got 2 but I got 6 the day before, and got 5 today.  Things don't seem overly fishy though, I have been working my ass off for every bite.  I have had some good times.  I got My friend gail into a few nice fish, she got 8 in two days, not bad for one rod.  She is a cool chick and she can fish.  She is a damn good stick.  Now I am in Bandon at the suite of the big rip off, and am going to fish the Coke with Banko tomorrow.  Banko was with me today on the sixes.  The gorge was beautiful

We finally got some rain. Because of that the rivers rose and then dropped back into shape so that Dustin for the last 3 days has been making his way fishing here on the coast. He's fished the Elk, the Chetco today and a couple other favorite spots. He has ended up with a few fish if not limits plus a few more. He'll continue fishing here for the next few days at least before he'll fish somemore on the Umpqua.

Well I have been back home for a few days.  I fished the lower Rogue on sat, sun, and Mon.  It was nice fished out of my sled, got no fish one day, got 3 on sunday, and got 2 on monday, not good fishing by my standards but it was what it was.  Today every thing was a wash, we got over 3 inches and the whole state blew out.  We needed it,  and I needed it.  I got some rest, and have seen my wife and kids.  Jess and I went to a movie last night for valentines day, it was cool, we laughed our ass off at just go with it.  Adam Sandler was great, I recommend it.  Funny flick.  I am stoked to be home should be home for a few more days.

Today I fished the Main again with the Puzo Crew.  It was good I hooked Seven and landed six, Brett in the other boat hooked 7 and got em all.  It was good all the way around.  We had to beat on em to get em, but we made it work.  I just got home 9:00, Long day.  All I know is I get to sleep in my own bead for a couple nights.  I hope for some rain so I can stay home for at least a week or so.  My boys are starting to wonder why do you work so much.  I think I'm lucky to work so much, Jess and I feel blessed.  At some point the weather will help us keep a balance.
Tomorow I am going to fish the Rogue, should get a couple, and a load of half pounders.

man what a marathon,  In the last five days i have fished the umpqua, to drive to patrolia Ca, to fish the matol, then over the mountain to fish s.fork of the eel, then the main stem eel for three days, to the Coke for a low clear shit show, and now back to the Umpqua.  I dont even want to count the miles.  All in all its been good.  I had a great time with scotty and harris down on the eel.  What a set up we had down there.  It was like a hunting camp, but we were fishing.  We ate like kings and Drank way too much, but none the less had a great time.  Team Stinggo ended up catching a few, It was good all in all, we hooked 5 to 7 a day, landed 3 to 5  it was fun.  Right now I am back to the umpqua with My buddie puzo and his crew.  We got 4 out of 5 today, but its like pulling teeth, the water has dropped and its just plain and simpley tough.  Just tough.  I hope some rain comes.

Dustin continues fishing South. They're sleeping in a cabin, catching fish and experiencing new places to catch them. Dustin will stop at home for one night before heading back to Roseburg to continue up ther until the rain hits. It's looking like Saturday we are suppose to have a few showers.

Shawn, Chucky, and I had a great  day, sooo cold though.  28 degrees when we started.  After it warmed up it was on, we found a couple groups of fish and went to work.  We ended up with 9 and lost 4 or 5 others.  nice day and never seen another boat.  We took some killer photos.  It was fun.

Today, my buddies shawn and chucky fished with me on the main umpqua.  After a long day on the north I went looking way down river for a big group of fish.  No one had been that low that I know of so we went to 9 mile, which is 14 miles up river from Elkton.  Fishing was ok, not quite what I was looking for, but we ran into one group of fish, landed six, missed two others and that was a rap.  It all came in a three hour period, the rest was tough.  The main is still on the high side, its 6,000.  When it gets to 4,000 then I'm loggin.  Shawn and Chuck are a kick in the ass, lots of laughs, good times.  We got some great photos.  Also the wife and boys are still up with me, we enjoyed a nice swim after work.  I love the boys.  its good to see em.
